How do I get through these days??

Most of our days it’s go go go and trust me on my home days sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy in one spot all day but I know it’s needed.

- Time Block!! Set a timer, write it out, do what you need to do to avoid picking up that phone a scrolling
- Comfort always!! The sunglasses as the headband are a perfect touch
- BREAKS!! Sometimes it’s hard to keep doing the work when you don’t have a boss telling you to. So tell yourself to but also give yourself breaks. Lunch Breaks, Screen breaks, dance breaks… whatever works for you

And last of all!!

Remember your WHY!! Why you keep striving everyday for better. Why you show up for everything you’ve started. Why you don’t settle for less.

Keep your work ethic strong and your vision even stronger 🔥🔥
