1. Ownership

You confirm that you are the original creator of the submitted photo(s) and hold all rights to them.


2. Usage Rights:

You grant Discover Lloydminster non‑exclusive rights to use your submitted photo(s) for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

•  The Discover Lloydminster printed guide
•  Digital and online versions of the guide
•  Social media platforms, website, and advertising materials
•  Your name (and business name, if provided) will be credited whenever your photo is used.


3. No Payment:

Photo submissions are voluntary and will not receive monetary compensation. Selected images may be featured publicly with credit to the photographer.


4. Edits:

Discover Lloydminster may crop or make minor adjustments (such as brightness or colour correction) for layout purposes, but your image will remain true to its original content.


5. Image Requirements:

No watermarks, logos, or text overlays on submitted images.

High‑resolution images (300 dpi preferred) are encouraged for print use.


6. Liability:

You are responsible for ensuring all people visible in your photos have consented to be photographed and for the image to be shared publicly.
